It has been a great pleasure working with Ramy as an Executive Coach. He is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and well spoken individuals I have ever met. Prior to working with Ramy, I reviewed and interviewed many executive coaches. He was by far the most qualified coach to help me break my barriers in interviewing and landing my dream job.
In each of our sessions Ramy focused on delivering tangible, valuable and quantifiable facts about how he was helping me develop my professional career. Ramy helped me understand where my weaknesses were, and how I could improve and focus on these, in order to better prepare for job interviews. Throughout each of our sessions, he would provide sample interviews questions and we would review how I should start thinking about, and answering them.
One of the biggest focuses of our work together was preparing for a big presentation for an upcoming interview. Not only did Ramy help me with where to focus my attention on in regards to the interview, but he also helped me practice my presentation. These are skills that I will take forth into every presentation I do in my career.
What I really appreciate about working with Ramy was that he really investigated what the core of the problem was, what I have done in the past that hasn’t worked, and what we really needed to focus on in order for me to land my next dream job. I am extremely happy with my decision and was able to land a job couple weeks after.
