There have been multiple people throughout my career journey who have provided invaluable insight, guidance, and leadership at a pivotal point – Ramy is one of them. I engaged Ramy, not knowing what to expect, but knowing what I wanted. I wanted to have passion again. I knew where I wanted to be, and whom I wanted to be, but I didn’t know exactly how to get there. Ramy provided guidance that would prove transformational. I was stalling in my current role, not tapping into my full potential – and as a result, second-guessing every decision. Ramy patiently worked with me to help peel back what was at the core of my conflict. Once identified, we put together a pragmatic plan, with Ramy cheering me on at every milestone. The approach was a little bit process, a little bit therapy, and a lot of old school roll up your sleeves and get in there.
