I feel very fortunate to have found Ramy as my career coach. I was looking to transition jobs and while having no problem getting the actual interview; during the interview I felt that my story sounded scattered and frankly I was not sure what I even wanted to do next.
I sat down w/ Ramy he helped me narrow down my search and focus on the jobs that really aligned w/ my values and what I was looking for. Then what I thought would be really difficult, telling my story in a way that reflected who I was in a genuine way. Ramy sized me up very quickly and was able to understand where I was having challenges, worked on those areas and w/ the 5 E’s gave me a framework that was easy for me to follow during interviews. He is an amazingly positive person that gave me confidence as I went into these interviews, I felt like I had a cheerleader. In addition, he coached me to get way more money! I can’t recommend Ramy enough if you need coaching or career guidance. As my career progresses I will definitely use Ramy again!
